Conference on Knowledge Strategies for the European Innovation Economy

A conference on Knowledge Strategies for the European Innovation Economy is held on 30-31 March 2009 in Helsinki, Finland. The conference is the final event of the first phase of VISION Era-Net, and is organized jointly by Ministry of Employment and the Economy and Tekes – Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation.

The conference brings together a selected group of policy makers from European and other countries, from the European Commission, as well as the leading scholars on innovation. Participation is open for all. The conference focuses on the latest trends in government sponsored research and foresight on innovation, and discusses strategies to mobilize knowledge into workable public policies.
