The National Agency for Research and Development (NARD) is a central administrative authority under the Government of Republic of Moldova. NARD is responsible of implementation of the European Research Area priorities in Moldova, by developing bilateral and multilateral cooperation activities through European R&D funding programms., supporting researcher’s mobility, promoting Smart Specialization principles, Open Science opportunities and serving as Bridgehead Organisation for the EURAXESS Programme, Moldovan Scientific Diaspora Members with RTDI Sector of Moldova etc.
