31th CORNET Call for Proposals

Deadline: 31.03.2021 Programme calls

CORNET is short for Collective Research Networking, a transnational network combining funding programmes of several countries and regions in order to realise international research projects for the benefits of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). At least two countries have to be involved in one research project which needs to follow the rules of pre-competitive Collective Research.

The CORNET approach is bottom up, inviting SME organisations or groups from all industrial sectors dealing with any technology to submit proposals with research partners. CORNET is designed to strengthen the innovative capacity of SMEs and offers an average success rate of 66 per cent.

Until 31 March 2021 (12 p.m., CET), applicants are invited to submit their project proposal online via the CORNET Submission Tool. Detailed information about the setup of international project consortia, the application process, current guidelines and required documents are available on the CORNET website in the section Calls for Proposals.

In the current call, all CORNET partners are on board except Japan and the Czech Republic. CORNET organises two calls per year, deadline is always end of March and end of September.
