The scholarships are aimed at postdoctoral and senior researchers working on one of the following topics:
- Theory from the South
- Constructing Alternative Pasts: (New) Sources and Methods
- The Challenge of Gender
- Normative Conflicts and Transformations: "Breathing Well, Together" – South Asian Perspectives
Fellowships are available for a period of up to 5 months. ICAS:MP will provide a stipend for successful applicants, equivalent to their current salary, with a maximum of €3,500 per month. The call is primarily aimed at researchers from the social sciences and humanities and it is open to applicants of all nationalities. Applicants from researchers based at German and Indian academic institutions are particulary encouraged.
