Mülheim Water Award 2026: Innovations for Sustainable Water Management and Safe and Secure Drinking Water Supply

On December 1, the call for entries for the Mülheim Water Award 2026 will start. For the tenth time, outstanding projects and innovations in water analysis and drinking water supply will be honored. The application deadline is February 28, 2026.

The theme of the 2026 call is: "Innovations for Sustainable Water Management and Safe Drinking Water Supply”. Projects from Europe and Israel that focus on practical innovations for sustainable water management and safe drinking water supply can easily be submitted via an online application form. After review by the expert jury, the most promising projects will move on to the second stage, where additional documents will be requested.

The award, endowed with €10,000, will be presented on September 16, 2026, at the Mülheim Water Analysis Seminar.
