The German-African Business Association (Afrika-Verein) in cooperation with iMOVE: Training - Made in Germany of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) invites you to the 2nd German-African Forum on Vocational Training and Education.
The past years have made clear: vocational education and training and skills development systems in Europe and Africa need to digitalize. The labor market needs to adapt to a new reality. Which digital resources and tools are needed? What should didactic concepts and methods look like nowadays? How can teachers and learners be prepared to use advanced technologies that meet the requirements of the labor market?
Under the motto Digitalization: Scaling up for today's labor market, the second German-African Forum on Vocational Training and Education offers German companies and high-ranking African guests from the education and training sector an opportunity to exchange ideas and further develop joint initiatives. In panel discussions and workshop formats, private sector approaches as well as the current Africa strategies of the German government will be discussed and presented.
For the 2nd TVET Forum numerous decision makers from Africa and Germany are expected, especially representatives of German companies successfully operating in Africa.
