DWIH Tokyo’s new webtalk series provides up-to-date information on research and innovation trends in Germany and Japan. Moderator Axel Karpenstein (DWIH Tokyo) is in conversation with Fumikazu Sato (Japanese Cabinet Office) and Dr. Lothar Mennicken (German Embassy Tokyo).
