Max Planck Law is a network of nine Max Planck Institutes focusing on legal research, all located in Germany. The Institutes cover areas from anthropology of law to tax law and are dedicated to the advancement of knowledge, with a particular focus on comparative, interdisciplinary and transnational approaches.

Max Planck Law Open House is an online information session on 2 December 2025 at 15:30 CET for early career researchers in law looking for academic opportunities as a PhD student or postdoc at Max Planck Law. Participants will meet a current PhD student and postdoc and will be able to ask questions.
