Summer Academy 2010 from the University of Koblenz-Landau

The Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Koblenz-Landau, Campus Koblenz in Germany opens the doors to their annual Summer Academy for master and PhD students in the fields of management and computer science from all over the world.

This four week academic program takes place from June 21st – July 16th, 2010 in Koblenz and offers courses in English based on current research topics in the specialised areas of management, information systems and web science.

The program enables students to gain and exchange expert knowledge in their fields of interest and combines it with the chance to build up a multicultural network with like-minded academics.

We are offering a total of 15 courses. For the first time this year we have included new subjects such as enterprise architecture, integrated business design, agent based simulation and the innovative workshop on entrepreneurial design thinking.

Students can visit our website (www.uni-koblenz.de/summeracademy) and apply for the program through our online application system. They further have the chance to apply for sponsored accommodation at a reduced price.

The Summer Academy Team arranges accommodation and ensures that diverse cultural as well as social activities complement the academic program, for example a three day trip to key EU institutions in Brussels.

To ensure a successful participation in the courses, students must have a good working knowledge of English and a profound knowledge in the fields of the course they wish to attend.

For further information you are welcome to visit our website on www.uni-koblenz.de/summeracademy  or to contact our Summer Academy Team with any enquiry at summerac(at)uni-koblenz.de or via Skype: summerac.
