RSE «National Center on complex processing of mineral raw materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was established in 1993 to improve the organization of science and development of scientific and technical potential of the republic. Accordingly, creation objects were followings:
- ensure the implementation of priority development of science,
- contribute the strengthening of scientific and technological potential,
- further the ensuring of technological breakthrough of Kazakhstan.
