Over the years, Germany and Norway have established a close and stable energy cooperation. Seen in the light of the German Energy Revolution, the Energiewende, this cooperation will only grow stronger, both through continued export of Norwegian gas to Germany, but also through electricity exchange with the power cable that is to be built by 2018.
With this conference we will give an introduction to the German energy revolution seen in a European perspective and at the same time show how this will affect the energy cooperation between Norway and Germany. Our primary ambition is to gather energy companies, politicians and organizations from both countries to discuss the future of the German Norwegian Energy Cooperation.
