The Research and Innovation Policy Council draws up a policy document for its domain once during each term of the Council’s office. The policy recommendations in the document "Reformative Finland: Research and innovation policy review 2015-2020" will enhance the quality and impact of Finnish education, research and innovation with the aim of improving competitiveness, citizens' wellbeing and the status of the environment.
The Council’s policies and recommendations point the way to reforms that will allow Finland to continue world class research and innovation activities. This review contains key R&I policy proposals extending until 2020.
