The European Innovation Council (EIC) Work Programme 2024 will be presented in this full-day online event on 15 January 2024 dedicated to potential applicants, together with an overview of the achievements under the previous work programmes.
High-level speakers from the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) and the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD) of the European Commission and from the European Investment Bank (EIB) will provide an overview about three main funding schemes provided by EIC:
- EIC Pathfinder: for advanced research on breakthrough or game-changing technologies;
- EIC Transition: for transforming research results into innovation opportunities;
- EIC Accelerator: for individual companies to develop and scale up breakthrough innovations with high risk and high impact.
The second online info day on 16 January 2024 is dedicated to the EIC Accelerator Challenges will be presented. Representatives of the European Commission will present the new Challenges for 2024 under the EIC Accelerator scheme and reply to the questions received from participants.
